Renovation of duplex apartments in “Torres del Parque” in Bogotá. * These interventions consist in the transformation of the domestic area in response to the emerging needs and dynamics of their inhabitants. With stategies such as space integration or expansion, incorporation of fixed furniture and other user activated mechanisms, we've brought greater flexibility and versatility to each one of the restored apartments. As a heritage building, it also required interventions associated with the restoration of original elements such as window systems (facade) and central staircases.
